Let me give you my experience with Bayer. I have over about 20 years of experience in operations and maintenance of HVAC , steam, hydraulics, and utility systems and associated equipment. Maintenance is maintenance regardless of the industry. It is a mindset for maintenance. I applied for a psition at Bayer, but was not called in for an interview. The same thing has happened to a friend of mine with over 15 years of experience. HR makes comments like, not an exact fit for the position. So what is an exact fit?.
