		<description>Interesting point - however looking at the hierarchy of the new site a lot is about the *relevance* of applications - the focus is not on just more applications, but on more relevant applications.

For example using the new technology to put the adverts in front of people who are qualified makes the job adverts more targeted, and should reduce unqualified applications - it’s an artificially intelligent streamlining process which should be more effective than screening questionnaires. 

It may be worth bearing in mind as well that this is pretty much a global roll out and (from my own experience) specialist recruiters in the UK and EU would often welcome more applications!</description>
