More About Me
Hi, I’m Phil Haynes, director of AllianceQ, tenured recruiting professional, blah blah blah… C’mon, I’m one of you! I’m a guy who stumbled into recruiting in 1992 by walking into a recruiting agency looking for a new job.
We may not have graduated summa cum laude in recruiting from an Ivy League school, but we have earned our PhDs in recruitment by banging our heads on the same brick walls! I am a passionate advocate of recruiting. Having been a contingency recruiter, retained headhunter, corporate recruiter, corporate recruiting manager and, most recently, that crazy guy who championed sourcing and challenged the status quo at a F100 Global Bank, I can tell you that our world is RIPE for change!
I joined AllianceQ because I see it as a real change agent, a challenge to all the foregone conclusions about our role in Corporate America, and just crazy enough to work! I hope that you’ll enjoy, argue, contribute and talk about our blog, our mission, and the change that we are advocating.
